Mushroom Hunting 101

Mushrooms are a magical part of Missouri’s natural world, enjoyed by wildlife and people alike! Step into the fascinating realm of fungi with the Missouri Department of Conservation to explore how these unique organisms support our forests, enrich our ecosystems, and—even better—discover which Missouri varieties can add delicious flavor to your dinner table.

The 101 Series of programming is designed to encourage lifelong learning by connecting patrons to new practical skills, interests, or hobbies and organizations that can provide additional free educational opportunities in our community.
