All Locations
Staff at all locations have access to CyraCom/Voiance over-the-phone interpreting. This service offers high-quality language services in hundreds of languages. Find a list of all phone interpretation languages available here.
Central
Has access to a Video Relay Service for deaf and hard of hearing patrons that know ASL. Come to the OneNorth Technology Lab to make interpreter-assisted phone calls.
North-East
Has a full-time Bilingual Associate that can speak English and Spanish on staff.

The Kansas City Public Library is committed to ensuring all of our patrons have access to information. This includes making our technology accessible for those of all differing abilities. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines offer recommendations for making web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and a better experience for everyone.
