Toddler and Me Yoga

Presented by Massage and Flo Holistic Studio

Yoga can be so good not only for adults but for tots too! Did you know yoga can help toddlers develop mindfulness, learn body awareness, and learn self acceptance? This is a fun space for kids to learn how to stretch and breathe in a fun flow designed with them in mind!

Ages 2-5, space is limited. Mats and snacks provided, but if you'd like to bring your own you are welcome.

Parking is free in the Library's garage. Bring your ticket to the second floor for all-day validation.

Participate in Summer Reading with us. Get a free book just for signing up! Read ANY five books between May 30 and August 15 to get a prize.

This project is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by the Missouri State Library, a division of the Office of the Secretary of State.
