Tai Chi & Qi Gong

Tai Chi is an internal martial art widely practiced for its many health benefits; Qi Gong means "breath work." The practice of Tai Chi & Qi Gong harmonizes the body, mind, and breath, resulting in vibrant health and an elevated quality of life that nurtures body, mind, and spirit. When energy is smoothly flowing, the body heals itself. Participants may experience improved mental and physical health, more energy, greater flexibility, and greater harmony in life.

Library can supply mats for participants.
