Discover the power of gentle movement and mindfulness in this six-week Tai Chi series designed to promote balance, flexibility, and inner calm. Led by certified instructor Tom Presnell, with Three Dragons Way, this beginner-friendly class will introduce you to fundamental Tai Chi forms that support physical wellness and mental clarity. No experience is necessary, and modifications will be provided for all fitness levels.
Comfortable clothing and flat shoes are recommended. Open to all age groups.
