Mind-Body Practices 101

Join Marie Gough—a local somatic coach, yoga teacher, and fertility guide—for Mid-Body Practices 101, a program designed to help you cultivate peace and presence in your daily life. Through simple, effective tools, you’ll learn how to access mindfulness anytime, helping you navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers practical skills to connect with your body and find balance.

The 101 Series of programming is designed to encourage lifelong learning by connecting patrons to new practical skills, interests, or hobbies and organizations that can provide additional free educational opportunities in our community.
