Creative Adventure

How to Learn and Keep a Creative Practice

Nicoya Helm will lead participants through various exercises and discussions to discover, empower, and trust in their creative impulses. Materials to create will be provided.

Nicoya Helm is a certified Unified Mindfulness Pathways coach and Mental Health First Aid Instructor. She facilitates meditation and mental health education workshops throughout the Kansas City area including at the Kansas City Public Library and KU Medical Center’s Turning Point program. When not teaching, she enjoys making stuff, playing outside, and talking to strangers.
