Awareness, Safety, and Self-Defense

Series: NickiFit

This series is taught by Ritchie Cherry. Ritchie is a proud native of E.St. Louis, IL, and a former professional boxer. He is the father of a wonderful 12-year-old boy and an avid mental health advocate. He gives back to his community through his mental health program, BOXOUT Stress, which he owns and operates.

By marrying talk therapy and boxing, his platform allows individuals to talk it out and then box it out. In session two participants will learn how to remove themselves from a threat including how to break away from someone's grip physically. Each Session can also serve as a stand-alone class, but we hope participants will attend the entire series. RSVPs are required for each session. Participants will need to sign waivers.

RSVP for each session.
