Awareness, Safety, and Self-Defense

Series: NickiFit

Join us for this three-part series taught by Ritchie Cherry. Ritchie is a proud native of E. St. Louis, IL, and a former professional boxer. He is the father of a wonderful 12-year-old boy and an avid mental health advocate. He gives back to his community through his mental health program, BOXOUT Stress, which he owns and operates.

By marrying talk therapy and boxing, his platform allows individuals to talk it out and then box it out. In the first session participants will learn to be aware of their surroundings & recognize a threat, and how to remove themselves from this threat. Sessions also work as stand-alone classes. RSVPs are required and participants will be required to sign a waiver.

RSVP for each session.
