Have questions about technology or need help troubleshooting a specific tech problem? Drop in to meet with a Tech Coach for one-on-one assistance. Bring your own device (phone, laptop, tablet) or we can assist you on a library computer.

Help is available on a first-come, first-served basis, for up to one hour per session. Appointments also available by calling 816.701.3606 or filling out the form below.

If you ever need help using Library technology like computers or printers, or you have your own device you want to learn how to use better (like a smartphone or tablet), our Library Corps members can support you as you learn!

Bluford Branch

Monday – Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Central Library

Monday – Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

North-East Branch

Plaza Branch
