Miracle Movements to train your body, your brain, and your balance. A gentle exercise program for your mental and physical well being. Come join us at the Southeast Branch each Saturday in May to practice the Art of Tai Chi with Joe Wood from Wood Martial Arts.

Space is limited, so make sure you sign up for each session!

This program is intended for individuals 18 years and older.
