Tai Chi 101

Join Tom Presnell of Three Dragon’s Way for an introductory session on the mindful movement practice of Tai Chi. Tom will demonstrate basic forms and breathing techniques that promote balance, relaxation, and overall wellness.

Comfortable clothing recommended; no experience necessary.

The 101 Series of programming is designed to encourage lifelong learning by connecting patrons to new practical skills, interests, or hobbies and organizations that can provide additional free educational opportunities in our community.
