All Library locations will be closed, Wednesday, February 12, due to winter weather conditions.
Participants will create a wreath using wreath frames, ribbon and mini books with covers of their choice, that they assemble.
After you RSVP keep an eye out for an email requesting at least 5 books that they would like on your wreath.
This program is intended for individuals 18 years and older.
