Join us for a gentle, informative class exploring how herbs can support emotional balance and well-being during this busy time of year. We’ll discuss calming and uplifting herbs traditionally used to ease tension, promote restful sleep, and nurture the nervous system.

You’ll learn practical ways to incorporate teas, aromatics, and simple herbal remedies into your daily routine, helping you feel more grounded and resilient throughout the season. No prior herbal knowledge is needed—just bring your curiosity and an openness to learning natural ways to care for yourself and your family.
