Join us on International Literacy Day for Cuts for a Cause, in collaboration with Wahl’s Man of the Year, Dr. Christopher McNeil with Kansas City Public Schools.
The Wahl Group will bring their mobile barbershop to Southeast to give free haircuts and beard trims to K-12 students. During this activity there will be a special Storytime read by Kansas City football player, Nick Bolton!
For every FREE haircut, Wahl will donate $100 to support the Kansas City Public Schools Foundation’s Books and Barber program.If you need ADA accommodation to use Library services or attend Library events and programs, please notify us at least 3 business days in advance at 816.701.3409 or ADA@kclibrary.org.
