Laser printers are available at all Library locations. With your Library card number and PIN, log into a public computer to use printing services, or use a remote printing option.

Upload files from a browser

From your phone

  1. Go to kclibrary.org/printweb.
  2. Upload your files.
  3. Use the drop-down menu to enter any print settings needed.
  4. Enter a guest name, and click submit.
  5. Type your guest name at the print kiosk to release your prints.

  3. Fill out your email, phone number, location, and click continue.
  4. Upload your files.
  5. Enter any print settings needed, and click submit.

Upload files with the app

  1. Download the ePRINTit SaaS app.
  2. Open the app, review and accept the terms and conditions, and choose your location permissions.
  3. Select what you would like to print from the options.
  4. Choose the applicable Library location.
  5. Review the cost and make any additional adjustments from the drop-down menu, then enter a guest name, and click submit.
  6. Type your guest name at the print kiosk to release your prints.

Remote Printing FAQs

You can visit any Library location and visit with staff, and they can help you print what you need using our public computers.

If, after waiting several minutes, you still haven’t received a confirmation email for your print, check your spam folder for an email from noreply@​printitservice.com. If there isn’t one there, call the location you wish to pick up your prints and ask them to check the system for your email address. If they do not see it, try sending the document again.

Library staff are the only people who will have access to the documents. The digital copy will automatically deleted from the system after six hours.
