Regular Board of Trustees Meeting - January 20, 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Kansas City Public Library District will conduct its regular meeting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 20, 2026, in the Board Room, (Baltimore entrance) at the Central Library, 14 West 10th Street, Kansas City, Missouri. Members of the public are encouraged to join the meeting by registering in advance for the webinar at:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. 

The tentative agenda of this meeting includes the proposed bylaws revisions; safety and security; financial reports; purchase authorizations; election of officers; and various project status reports. 

The agenda also includes consideration of a motion to close the meeting pursuant to 610.021 RSMo to consider real estate, legal and/or personnel issues.
