Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Kansas City Public Library District will conduct its regular meeting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, December 17, 2024, in the Board Room, (Baltimore entrance) at the Central Library, 14 West 10th Street, Kansas City, Missouri. The tentative agenda of this meeting includes the proposed bylaws revisions; the appointment of a Library representative to the Public School Retirement System of the School District of Kansas City, Missouri; financial reports; purchase authorizations; and various project status reports.

The agenda also includes consideration of a motion to close the meeting pursuant to 610.021 RSMo to consider real estate, legal and/or personnel issues.
