The Kansas City Public Library will be holding two virtual contests for teens this summer during their Cosplay Ball:
 

1. Fan Art Competition  (June 8–July 20, 2020)
2. Cosplay Competition (July 2–July 20, 2020)

Teens can submit a picture of their original fan art or their cosplay creations and vote on their favorites! 

What to know:
 

• This contest is open to Kansas City Metro area teens, ages 12-18. 
• Voting will happen every Thursday on Facebook and Instagram @KCLibraryTeens.
• Winners will be chosen by popular vote (don't forget to go and vote!) and will be awarded a gift card (1st Place = $75; 2nd Place = $50; 3rd Place = $25). 
• Fan art can be in any medium.
• Cosplay can be a prop, makeup look or full costume.
• Multiple entries are welcome! Please submit as a digital image (JPEG, PNG, PDF files). 

Winners will be announced July 30.
