Users can stream their selections via hoopla’s website or the hoopla app available for Apple and Android. Content can also be temporarily downloaded for viewing without an internet connection.

Library cardholders are usually limited to nine loans per month, but that limit has temporarily been raised to 20. Additionally, hoopla has created a Bonus Borrows Collection with more than 1,100 top titles. Items in that collection do not count against your monthly borrowing limit.
