You can scan the validation QR code, located at the Central Library’s front desk, Central Youth Services, and Missouri Valley Special Collections, to begin the validation process. If you already have a Metropolis account, the validation will automatically apply to your active visit. If you do not have a Metropolis account, you must create one before the validation can be utilized. Please note that you will need your license plate number in order to create an account. Upon successful account creation, the validation will automatically apply to the active visit. Once the validation is applied, you can simply drive out! If a balance remains after the applied validation, the outstanding amount will be charged to your payment method on file; you will see the validation applied on your receipt.
