Field Trip Request

We're excited to welcome your group for a field trip or tour of the historic Central Library. The following form will help us plan your trip and maximize your experience. We are a popular destination so please provide as much advance notice as possible.

Age of Visitors

We have reached our capacity for booking field trips for this school year.

Adults

Due to the capacity of our staff, we ask that adult requests be limited to Mon-Wed 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (start times). And have a minimum of 5 participants. We apologize for any inconvenience and invite you to check our calendar for our regularly scheduled public tours.

Purpose of Visit

We're sorry! Due to staffing capacity, we are unable to accommodate tours at this time. This includes:

  • Reward Party
  • Tour of the Building
  • Tour of the Youth/Teen Floor
  • View a Video in the Film Vault
