He has appeared in productions with almost every theatre company in Kansas City: Kansas City Repertory Theatre, Unicorn Theatre, Kansas City Actors Theatre, etc. Among his theatre credits are A Christmas Carol, Master of the Universe, Venus in Fur, Carousel, Death of a Salesman, August: Osage County, Omnium Gatherum, and The Real Inspector Hound. Crosby Kemper III, director of the Kansas City Public Library, has conducted numerous televised conversations with notable figures from Kansas City’s past portrayed by local actors and performers, ranging from Tom Pendergast and Ameila Earhart to Charlie Parker and Jesse James. The program will be taped by KCPT for later broadcast. It also will be shown at Union Station during the Centennial Open House weekend, November 1-2, 2014.
