Community Services

The Library offers a number of special programs and services that extend beyond the traditional library role.

Outreach Services

The Outreach department operates outside of library buildings to provide services to populations with specific needs such as seniors, in-home patrons, veterans, persons experiencing homelessness and more.

Refugee & Immigrant Services & Empowerment (RISE) connects refugee and immigrant populations with the quality services, resources, and lifelong learning opportunities of the Library through outreach, education, and advocacy.
