All Abs exercises are performed from a seated position.

The Library's Community Resources Division faciliatates this weekly outreach event every Thursday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m in the Central Library's One North Technology Center.
Each week various service providers from the community are on hand to assist patrons with resources relevant to their needs, answer questions, and connect them with services.
Additionally, Community Resources staff are available to provide information about Library resources, services, and programs.
Free books are provided through the Westport Branch’s paperback exchange program.

Trails West Branch
Stop in at the Waldo Community branch for a healthy after-school snack. In partnership with Harvesters, Kids Cafe is held every Monday - Friday from 3:45-4:45 pm.
You must be 18 and under to receive a meal and the meal must be eaten in the Kids Cafe room.
