Ruiz is starting summer off right with an interactive Summer Reading Kickoff Party for all ages. Color Our World is this year's theme, and the party will include a chance to sign up for summer reading and get a free book, enjoy snacks, create crafts, engage in entertaining activities and games, take photos with friends and family at the prop-filled photo booth, and more.
