Midday Moving Meditation

Take a mindful break in your day to reflect, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. Join us for a Midday Moving Meditation, a gentle and accessible session designed for all skill levels. Led by our experienced meditation instructor and mindfulness coach, Nicoya Helm, this practice combines movement and meditation to help you cultivate presence and ease. Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice, this session offers a welcoming space to pause and find balance in the middle of your day.

No special attire or experience is required—just bring yourself and an open mind.
