This group serves as a resource for individuals navigating challenges in mental wellness and substance use disorder (SUD) recovery. It is designed for those who are seeking to strengthen their recovery, those beginning their lifelong recovery journey, and those aiming to live a self-directed life while reaching their full potential. Peers will use the Wellness Self-Management workbook, along with art and peer support, to address and navigate everyday challenges associated with wellness and recovery. This group offers resources and tools to enhance and support your recovery. You can choose to participate, express yourself through art activities or just listen.
This program is intended for individuals 18 years and older.
