Area Partners Provide Youth Meals During Coronavirus Outbreak

During the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, free meals for children are available at the following pick-up sites during days and times listed below. ​

Jackson County Harvesters Kids Café Sites​

Each child may pick up a meal to take with them. No registration required. ​
   
  • Cleaver Family YMCA, 7000 Troost Ave.​  |  Monday–Friday: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. 
  • Friendship Village, 3901 East 56th Terrace   |  Monday–Friday: 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. ​
  • Olive Park Village, 2310 East 9th  Street​  |  Monday–Friday: Noon – 1 p.m.​

Children's Mercy Hospitals

Free lunch is available to all children1 to 18 years old, Monday through Friday. Parent/guardian may pick up meal(s) for child(ren) if child is not present. “Grab and Go” sack lunch is available at the following locations and times:

    • On Fridays, fresh bag of produce provided to each family while supply lasts
