The cover depicts The Amazing Spider-Man, The Incredible Hulk and Kraven the Hunter battling it out in front of the historic Jones Store, located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The scene also contains 9 bystanders fleeing from this epic fight. This scene is awash with high and low saturated color. Blue, green, yellow, orange and yellow are preeminent in this print. The illustration features Spider-Man swinging in from the left portion of the panel, slinging a web at Kraven the Hunter, as Kraven entangles the Hulk with a net and menaces with his bolas weapon. The background of this graphic story is the Jones Store, which was located at 1201 Main Street Kansas City, Missouri 64105. This landmark is recognizable by the eye catching storefront sign emblazoned with the company's name "JONES" in white lettering.
