You Can’t Quarantine Creativity
There’s nothing like a stay-at-home mandate to bring out one’s creativity.
Libraries and imagination go hand in hand, and so it should come as no surprise that many of our staffers have tapped their inner inventiveness in these socially distanced times. From pasta to pottery, teddy bears to tarot spreads, comics to candy dishes, here’s a sampling of their lockdown ingenuity.

Beth H., a resources specialist at the Central Library, submitted her vibrant photo of pink and purple flowers, aptly entitled COVID-19 Will Not Stop Spring. Indeed, it didn’t.

Chad Hill UPCYCLED CANDY DISH

It looks like Desktop Support Supervisor Chad H. takes his work home with him. He created this upcycled candy dish from computer parts just before the shutdown and continues to work on a companion tissue box holder.
