The Science Behind the Perfect Kansas City BBQ

Emmy Award-winning writer and BBQ guru Jonathan Bender has brought his talents to the new Museum of BBQ that opened this past spring (the world's first museum dedicated to barbecue!).

Join us as he discusses the history and science of making the perfect KC BBQ. He'll explore how BBQ gets its flavor from each component--rub, spice, wood, fire, smoke, and sauce--and share highlights from his museum. /p>

You are welcome (and encouraged!) to bring your lunch while attending the program.
