Tai Chi

Interested in promoting your balance, flexibility, and the harmonious flow of energy known as chi? If so, please join our experienced instructor, Tom Presnell, of Three Dragons Way for a class in the Chen style of Tai Chi.

For all students beginning in this style, warm-up exercises including balance and the ability to loosen all muscle groups to prepare the body for tai chi moves will be taught. In addition, Tom will teach silk reeling, which helps to keep the body in a state of relaxation and firmness to move in proper ways and improve body structure. As the class moves forward, the 4 directions of Lao Jai will be taught to participants. All ages and levels of mastery, whether beginner or advanced, are welcome.
