RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide questionnaire assistance to multiple households supporting multiple languages. Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) handle both outbound and inbound calls to assist respondents with filling out the questionnaire.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to speak English and 2nd language clearly and professionally. Must be authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship is not provided at this time). Six months of related customer-service experience is preferred for CSRs and Six Months of Call Monitoring required experience is required for the QAM preferred. This position is contingent on ability to obtain a low risk suitability clearance. Non-United States citizens must have resided in the U.S. for three (3) cumulative years of the past five (5) preceding the submittal of suitability forms.
Job Location: Tiffany Springs (North Kansas City).
Pay: Starts at $18.72 per hour. More depending on experience, position, and languages spoken.
Hours: We offer flexible hours, full and part-time working schedules.
Benefits: There is an additional $4.48 PER HOUR for benefits, after 90 days you can get full medical benefits (the additional pay stops).
Job Duration: January-July, you can transfer once your project is over.
