In partnership with the Linda Hall Library, Science Matters is a monthly lunch-and-learn that features a lecture and discussion about science and how it affects Kansas Citians on a local and personal level.

Everyone knows that honeybees are an important part of our ecosystem, but in the last few years new research has given us a window into the influence of climate change on bees. Beekeeper Erik Messner will explore these climate change issues and also briefly discuss what non-beekeeping folks can do to help honeybees and other local pollinator species.
