Classes

Explore your own poetry and the work of others in a workshop in which students have the opportunity to read and react to one another’s poems.

Participants will learn to empower their own writing by learning how others experience and think about their poetry.

In the final class session, students will perform the revised versions of their workshopped poems for their classmates.

Each week, students will write a poem and submit it for review. Each student will read the submitted poems and give a structured written response: three positive things about the poem and three suggestions for revision.
