Kickboxing meets fitness plus abs! In this class you will go through several cardio drills which include a series of repetitive punches, kicks and other self-defense moves all set to popular music. Besides a flat belly or six-pack abs this class will strengthen you for improved posture, flexibility in the lower back and more. All abs exercises are performed from a chair. SPACE IS LIMITED!!
