This is a people-inspired fitness program presented by NickiFit. It mixes explosive dance movements with body-weight toning. Movements are always big and exaggerated. If you can do exercises like squats, jumping jacks, and simple dance moves, you'll have fun in this class. Low impact moving options are available.
