'Brother Outsider: The Life of Bayard Rustin Documentary'
Bayard Rustin shaped Martin Luther King Jr., brought Gandhi’s teachings to the American Civil Rights movement and was the principal organizer of the historic 1963 March on Washington. Bayard Rustin fought for peace, racial equality and economic justice. On November 20, 2013, President Barack Obama posthumously awarded Rustin the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation’s highest civilian honor.
