Kansas City Digital Media Lab or KCDML is an initiative of the Kansas City Public Library. It functions out of the Southeast Branch (6242 Swope Parkway), and is open to youth ages 12-18.
KCDML is a hands-on learning environment that uses storytelling, robotics, digital media production, and other maker activities to engage Kansas City youth.
KCDML is now open!

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday 2:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Saturday 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Come to one of our mini workshops every Tuesday and Thursday 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. to learn more about the space!

The Triplets of Belleville (2003)
This film follows elderly Frenchwoman Madame Souza as she becomes involved in international intrigue when her grandson, Champion, a professional cyclist, is kidnapped and taken abroad.

We are also screening an educational short on the making of this hand-drawn, animated movie.
